I would wait as long as possible since she is sooo small. my vet gave my Sassy a half dose at 5lbs! Also if your vet wont give her a half dose then I would find one that will! My Sassy had a terible reaction even with the half dose so my vet put on her record that she is to always be pre-medicated before all of her vaccines.
