You can give it a try, but I think it's unlikely. Worst case he might end up with one ear up & one ear down. Lots of Yorkies have ears down, although not standard, and are very cute with ears down. Go for health & personality first, & looks as a bonus. You may not be able to see his true personality when you visit him.
