I have a litter of Biewer/parti Yorkies and since I have bought my breeding stock of Biewers from Germany, I did some research and found that now they are getting choc, tan, and white instead of the black. It was not intended in the beginning.
My babies are marked like their mom who is in my album. My male is AKC reg. as a parti marking Yorkie. I waited 2 years for him and he is a dream. Because both parents were tri-colors all the puppies are. Well, I decided to try my hand at maybe producing choc instead of the black. My loss was someone else's gain. He is a nice chunky boy and a sweetie with only one testicle. Had to be genetic as his male littermate also had the problem. That breeder is still pumping them out but that is beside the point. He was reg with AKC as black and tan because the breeder said she could not get her chocs reg as such. That is hogwash. They can be reg with AKC.
Oh, I forgot. My $1200.00 choc boy was given to a family whose Lhaso has to be euthanized. So he is serving the best purpose..and my purse is emptier. LOL
