YUCK! I HATE swallowing them!!! What probio do you recommend? We don't have many health food stores around here but I really want to start one now!!

I am going to go look today. Do you happen to have a brand name of the chewables? When you mentioned the shots I was like "What the heck are you CRAZY!!!" But then I saw "drink shots," lol!!
