yes a heating pad will help, when my Lil Prada fell from my bed she broke her hind leg and she would NOT walk on it or put any pressure on it , so I ran her to my son at he vet clinic. she was 14 weeks. Hopefully yours is ok, a lil warm pad and I would call the vet and ask if you could give her anything for the pain if you see that she is in pain.
