Your going to get all kinds of recommendations finding the one that works for you is the hard part. lol.......For me I tried the C.C. Ice on Ice but on my cottony coated one it was like I used water, but it was ok on my silky coated one...Cowboy Magic seems to be very popular on this forum for mats and it does seem to work, but for me I found it too thick to work with, it was like using honey. But I did find a product that I like at Walmart in the people section it's.... Hask Pure Shine, it's a silicone type product like Cowboy Magic but it's a light spray so I have better control with it. It has always worked at getting mats out and tangles......Good luck finding what works for you!
