Wylie had stinky ears for the first year and 1/2 of his life. His vet kept telling me it was fine, which made no sense to me. Went to antoher vet, she thought his ears were rather gunky - and we treated w/ Entederm - ever since, no smell! So obviously he did have an infection, the poor guy.
