Lilly is currently being outside trained and she rarely pees and poos in the same spot, in fact she pees on one side of the yard and runs to the opposite side and poos...I think one other post had the best solution, you have to keep them in the same room with you and look for the sign. Lilly spins around 3 times without fail before she poos.
Lilly however is the opposite, she will have the potty accident in the house but signals at the door for to go poo.
