I appreciate this information. I truly just saw the AKC more for breeders and show owners and didn't think "we", the little pet owners, mattered when it came to the paperwork. But I definitely understand the monitoring of breeders and not wanting them to have too many litters which could be unhealthy for the momma. Thanks again!!! I will am definitely reconsidering my position.
