Yes, I agree with you, and many people are aware of this now, but so many don't understand the main way they sell their dogs is through the Internet. For some reason people think, this is safe. A good breeder will not sell his dogs over the Internet; they are particular about placing their dogs. Go see in person for yourself how the dog is being raised. We try to help educate others, and inform people when important legislation is occurring in their states.
Join YAP Here! I too hope this little girl finds a great home, but there are thousands like her that are being tortured every day. It's just not cost effective to get them vet care. We need to put these people out of business.
