Oh I don't really know, but when I got Raindrop, she was so small, that I use to hold her on my chest, when I would lay down on the couch. I think that might have started her wanting to be picked up and held. I have her right now on my lap, while on the computer. (she's 1 year old now and 4 lbs.) The rest of them are laying on the couch, or in their beds by me. They are all spoiled, very much so.
