Balancing everything isn't something I worry too much about because I follow a recipe from a nutritionist. We started out by just cooking for Ellie and not knowing what we were doing...not a good idea. If I couldn't talk to a nutritionist or follow a recipe that I thought was accurate and wouldn't hurt her, she would be getting dog food too.
