I know Millie looks kinda scary but she is actually really docile and very slow. And they dont bite at all. We've had her for a year now, so shes kind of grown on me. It took me a while before I would hold her, but it is actually pretty neat. Especially when you feed her by hand. She loves cucumber, bananas, and doggie kibble.
She is a 'first pet' for my 7 year old son, who is obsessed with insects.
