I'll mention mine now since I have to go grocery shopping in a few minutes. My son showed me a way to get a little space on my computer but I mean LITTLE haha.
The best advise I ever got was from my Dad. We lived through the depression and I think this holds true at any time and it was "Take care of what you have" and that is so true. If you have to keep replacing because it wasn't taken care of, you just never get ahead. He meant not only with things but family, animals, cars and things. I can still see him waxing luggage so it would hold up longer and until I got older I didn't realize just what good advise that was. |
