Yes I believe that it does still happen on a smaller scale. But it does show that some breeders do hide their falty offspring in order to protect their reputations, and I would guess many of them are breeders that are consider to be "reputable breeders".

Those on here that are in denial of it, might be surprised at how many of their fellow breeders are hiding their fasulty puppies.
