Has anybody had problems with them ????
I'm using the online program, paid my 1st month and before my 1st month ended they had already bill my credit card 2 more times , e-mail them and they explain this and that and how I had an extra month paid already etc, fine . Then I go to my account to work on my pedigrees and found out that the option *powerpack I had purchase is gone .
I e-mail them back , the lady says she dosen't know what's going on but my e-mail was going to be transferred to the programmer ......that was the last time I heard from them, I have e-mail them back , called (only answer machine) left voice messages , nothing.....just being ignore.
I feel so frustrated and angry with them ........why are they so fast at charging and soooo slow at customer service.
My whole purpose to sign in was to get the pedigrees I needed done, so I'm back at zero, minus $$$.
Any advise??
