I too would think teething - even if you can't see anything. I feed raw and they're breath is just yummy (
) - so I don't think it's the raw.
Btw, there are many canine nutritionists out there who are now saying that all dogs, no matter what their diet, would benefit from digestive enzymes. I think they say this anecdotally, drawing from what they see in their practices.
