Obviously there's no need to let them go through a heat if your spaying them. That's why i said ACCIDENTALLY! My breeder told me not to spay my girl until she was 7-8 months old because if you spay them to early their hind ends end up higher then they should be (that's what my breeder said). But Ruby went into heat when she was 6 1/2 months old so i was caught off gaurd and my vet wouldn't touch her for a spay due to the swelling and blood flow in that area, he said it would have been dangerous.
