It looks like you are sent on the John Deere Theme. My Aunt and Uncle did that years ago ... but it wasn't as fancy as that!
As for the country wedding, I do have some ideas, as I helped my cousin with her country wedding! She had a lot of success with this online vendor, who has a whole section dedicated to Country Theme weddings:

That site has some super good ideas! There are cowboy boot vases, horse shoe "ring pillow," Cowboy boot bubble holders, even garters with a country theme. Super cool! And of course, they have a lot of great western cake toppers!
Have you thought about putting hay down the aisle way instead of an aisle runner? If you do that, make sure the bride doesn't have much of a train ... that would be messy! My cousin wore white cowboy boots with her short bridesdress ... everyone thought that was great.
