I agree with the others - the soft sides could easily be chewed. That would be good for just taking her somewhere.

There really isn't anything wrong with the wire crates. I know I've used them with all of my dogs and I know plenty of people have used them too. My dogs won't use anything BUT the wire crates because they like the openness and they don't feel as closed in I guess. The wire ones are good because you can keep and eye on them, if they make a mess you can easily take the tray out to clean, and they are collapsible with minimal effort.
