Thank you guys. I have emailed the vendor, though I have not heard anything back. I mainly wanted to warn other people. Their prices were lower than everyone else's, and they had so much to pick from, but that's not meaningful if they can't actually provide what you ordered!
I ended up buying the same things off of Amazon, and both items have shipped already, so there's a happy ending. Thor will not be a pupsicle.
