As far as making money, usually those who are in breeding only for the money will find a way to profit. Either by skipping on health tests, costs of evaluations, overcharging, etc. Where there is a will, there is a way.
I'm not trying to discourage anyone, just encouraging others to consider ALL the possibilities. It's not all roses and sunshine and the perfect atrological alignment that you have described.  | I didn't say he was perfect just improved. And I dont skip health tests etc and there is still profit which goes toward his care of course.
