In all probability, if it hasn't dropped by now, it's not going to. I did however have a smaller male that didn't drop his first until 12 months and his second until 16 1/2 months. He had an older brother that did almost the exact same thing. From what I have come to understand, it *can* take a bit longer (or in our case, a LOT longer) with smaller males.
Just out of curiosity, if she clamied the were down by 8 weeks...couldn't YOU look when you got him and see that they were 'missing.'
