I'm so sorry to hear all that you are going thru...sadly your situation is not all that uncommon with puppy milled babies.. People really need to understand that when adopting one! But like was mentioned his problems are not life threatening at all!
If he's a happy puppy...please do NOT think about Euthinizing him... If you can't afford it...then please think about yorkie rescue..he has been thru so much he deserves a chance at a happy life!!! And like was said...cysts aren't automatically malignant....Surgery can correct his other issue....
