I wanted a girl for a lot of the same reasons as you - dresses, bows, etc. All that being said my Rory is a tomboy! She will wear the dresses and bows, but her most favorite thing in the world is playing ball. I, too, think people are crazy when they ask me if Rory is a boy or a girl. A few weeks ago we were at my boyfriend's (of 5 years - only relevant b/c the family has known us a long time and certainly since when we got Rory) sister's house and Rory is running around in a Juicy tiara tee (has rhinestones all over the back if you don't know the one I mean) with a matching pink bow - his stepmom then says oh that's a cute bow, but shouldn't it be blue - WHAT?!?!?!?!?! |
