Prayer's coming for your brother and hope he just outgrows this problem.
Has his blood pressure been checked?
My son, growing up, also had severe nose bleeds. I took him to an
ear, nose and throat specialist for years. There were times the doctor
would cortorized the nose and that helped for awhile then they would
start again. I think around his junior or senior year they stopped.
