Prayers for your brother. I hope he has some relief from them soon.

He can use a saline nasal mist to keep his passages clean and to add some moisture. It is sold in most stores and will help with healing.
I had nosebleeds when I was a teen. I also had alot of sinus infections.It might take an appointment with an Ear/Nose/Throat doctor to take care of them. I go to an ENT Dr now and he takes good care of me.
