My advise is to wait til a year and see if they come out on their own. She may have a first heat before then but that's what I did with my Feather and she gained a bit more weight by then. It is very scary when they are this tiny. I went to a vet in Balt, MD and paid 3 times what my vet charges but he had much better equipment and keeps 2 nurses in the OR just to monitor what's going on
