Aww I remember this story.
It broke my heart watching videos of Chai having to learn how to drink water.
Whenever I buy toys I always make sure there's two holes, so that it doesn't act like a suction.
This is horrible and still very sad, I hope Chai is doing good and this never happens to anyone elses dog.
