i'm sorry regular & double strength is the COSEQUIN CAPSULES, i posted in my first response..

with the BONELETS the green bottle is the "PLUS" which is a HIGHER STRENGTH.. i don't know how much you would give.
how bad is your baby?? is he in a lot of pain? if i were you i would get the regular strength & give 1/2 tablet! ..but that is just me!
