double strength?

i bough this. COSEQUIN Hip and Joint Supplement PLUS Bonelets for Dogs - 90 Chewable Tablets

and i have a 4 lb male yorkie.

it says 30 lbs and under - 1 pill.

should i give him 1 pill or half? or 3/10
