Not sure where to put this, but...
I was wondering a couple things:
1. Who can make social groups?
-- I wanted to make some, but I don't see and option to do so. Is it a moderator thing, or donating member thing, or what?
2. Can we have a "Pennsylvania Yorkies" group?
-- I would make it, but I can't seem to make groups.
3. Can we have a special "Yorkies Named Sapphire" group?
-- Again, I would make it, but I can't.
