Not acting herself for over 24 hours is a good reason to see the vet.
If she is eating, drinking, pooping and peeing fine, it may be hard to diagnose without blood work. Maybe it is just a virus or something.
I figured I'd be skipping the vaccinations, especially if she's like this tomorrow. I'm so glad I'm able to take her there tomorrow. I just feel so bad for her. I really hope it's nothing serious.
