Consumer complaints about Nutro Pet Foods
I'd pull the Nutro and see what happens.

If a dog's gums are not pink, they need to see the vet. It is often an emergency.

There is somebody on YT who has a Yorkie who was throwing up out of nowhere for no reason. Owner stopped Nutro and dog is fine so far.
