LIKE US?

My baby girl Ginger just came into her first heat(she will be a year in march)
and she is swollen,even her belly is larger.I was just wondering if dogs have cramps too.She seems to want to stay close to me and sleep other than that she is still acting normal.
I just feel bad for her she seems too small to be having a heat, her older sis(not by blood) is well over a year and has not had one yet.

Any advice to make her more comfortable I would appreciate Thanks.
