I don't think that anyone was referring to you specifically or indicating you'd do either of the two.

But it was mentioned earlier in the thread. Generally speaking, either in either situation, the principal is the same, being dishonest and taking advantage of a system put into place for those with actual needs to benefit yourself. If abuse of the system(s) became wide spread, eventually it would have to be addressed and it would cause hardships on those who really do depend on those systems. Again, it's a matter of principal and feeling entitle to or as if one is above the the norm.
