I have also driven down the road and seen people with their really small dogs on their shoulder and the window down.

I mean these little guys will jump and what happends if you have to slam on your brakes.
My boy has a seat that he sits in. And he knows he is not allowed out when i am driving down the road. He MUST stay in his seat..
