I am so sorry for you and your family in the loss of little Dixie.
I know it must be so very hard and I dread the day that one of mine go to rainbow bridge. We recently had to rehome on of our fur-kids and that was difficult in itself.......even more difficult than I imagined.
I hope your family can take some comfort in knowing that Dixie is not sick or suffering anymore and that your hearts heal remembering the wonderful 2 years that you did have with her.
