I give jack Nordic naturals Artic Cod Liver Oil it has Omega -3 supplement and he gets it every day. Its peach flavor. I have a Oral Mediciation syringe (small and he gets 1-ml) I have noticed his skin is better and the groomer make a commet that it looks better.
