He is just fine! Do not withhold his food. He is only 10 1/2 weeks old. my Suzi was 3 lbs at 9 weeks old . She is now 10 months old and is 7 lbs. t is better to have a little chubby puppy then a thin one. At this age food and water should be offered all day long.
