I'm sure the people that really DO have service dogs appreciate you not using their needs as your excuse.
I realize many dishonest people do it, but abuse of a system put in place for those who really DO need it is going to eventually cause them unneccessary hardships. (I couldn't fathom taking my grandmother's handicap parking pass so I could park closer in stores.) Sorry, but the lying to take advantage of something or thinking one is above the rules and that they shouldn't apply to them is just one of my pet peeves.
I guess I'm in the minority that understands why stores restrict dogs from being brought in. I love my dogs...key phrase MY dogs...I can easily see why others wouldn't want to be around strange dogs everytime they walk out the door. I realize that the majority of the world does not feel the way about dogs that we do here on YT.
