Yes, they can be injured this way. You also want to make sure she does not hurt herself in a way that is going to require surgery while she is pregnant. I would recommend using an ex-pen or a baby-gate to keep her in a room like a bathroom or laundry room to stop her from jumping on and off things.

I will also say don't freak out about the jumping she has been doing already, no need to worry about what has happened. The puppies can also be just fine with the leaping on and off stuff (but why risk it). I had a bitch scale a 5 foot chainlink fence and jump from the top at 5 weeks pregnant (she was a bitch I had leased, I did not know she was a fence climber, she was actually trying to get to me while I was training another dog in agility a couple hundred feet away in another fenced area) and the puppies were fine. But after that, she was let out only on a flexi leash.
