I've had ovarian issues for years, and had pains on and off for just as long. Well my OBGYN finally decided that whatever was going on was not showing up in any of the tests and ultrasounds so I had exploritory surgery, among other problems he took out my appendix because he said it was rock hard and covered in scar tissue. He said it was caused from flare ups but mine never ruptured.
