Are you looking for something in particular? There is a great store in Plymouth called Specialty Pet Supplies that is on Ann Arbor Trail at Sheldon (I think it is Sheldon). It is about 2.5 miles West of I-275.
Other than that, there are several PetSuppliesPlus and PetsMart not too far away. The airport is off Eureka Rd., so if you continued past the airport (like you going toward the Detroit River - East) about another 3 miles, you will find a huge PetsMart on the right.
