What about a puzzle toy like a Kong or Busy Buddy? Stuff it with peanut butter and freeze it to make it harder to get out.
I'm surprised she didn't like the Bully Stick. I know my little Sammy will wait for Loki to get it started and then steal his, she doesn't like to start them, but she's just spoiled because Loki will do it for her.
We like bully sticks but the very best way is to just wear them out. Walks and car rides really wear them out

I take them with me when I run errands (post office, etc) and when i get home they just want to nap.
BTW this gets better when they get older. Sammy is super hyper crazy but she still naps half the day. She's just crazy when she's awake. Can't you keep her in the room when you are doing stuff? Maybe put her in a crate or playpen if it's not safe for her to run around the room. Mine don't tolerate being locked out of a room so I totally understand that! But if I let them in they generally behave themselves.
