Limiting his evening food and the before bedtime walk is the solution. And when he does squat to poop, say "hurry"...each and every time. After awhile when he hears the word "hurry" he'll know it's time to poop. Winston will hear the magic word and immediately poop...which has been a great help this past week or so beings it's been too dang cold to stand outside waiting for him to find the perfect spot.
