is his eye goopy??? kinda yellow green colored?? Wash your hands often- you can catch it from him. Try and get him into the vet as soon as possible. Day 1 Layla had the goopy eye and she woke up day 2 with her eye crusted shut (gross.. i know) if this happens in the morning use a warm wash cloth and SLOWLY work everything off his eye- do not force it open.
