Hmm....weird....I had exactly the same problem and took my Lucille to AG. The first question Dr. Freedman (I think it's correct) asked was what kind of food I'm feeding her and may be she is allergic to some ingredients.
It ended up being some other infection and was quickly treated with small dousage of antibiotics.
They are very friendly as you mentioned. But I also liked the care givento my baby.
