If they're open, that's a better sign. If she is always holding them closed (trying *not* to keep them open), then I'd really be concerned about getting her in ASAP.
No, she isn't squinting or scratching at her eyes and the actual eye itself is not red or even watery.

Just one eye is actually tearing more than usual and both eyes around like where a human eyelid would be is where it looks red & inflammed.

I'm starting to think it's an allergy since it seems to look worse other times of the day than not.

I'll be calling her Vet in the morning and in the meantime, I've trimmed her bangs so that nothing is near her eyes and using a warm wash cloth a couple times a day.
