My Piper did that when she was a puppy. I would pick her up out of her bed and there would be urine in her bed and all over her. I was convinced that she had an urinary bladder infection so I brought her to the vets. They did all kinds of tests and found nothing wrong. The vet said it was an immature bladder. I also had a hard time housebreaking her. She had to pee every half hour or so. I use to call her Piddle Piper. She is now 8 months old housebroken and no leaky bladder. Good thing because she sleeps in my bed.
